Service Description
Each booking gives you 15 minutes of total Cube time – including 10 minutes of action-packed 3v3 football inside the neon cage. We provide bibs and a pair of shoes in your size (subject to availability), but we strongly recommend bringing your own flat shoes or futsal boots for comfort. Wear anything you feel comfortable moving in – this can be your first time ever playing football. FEN2 Cube is friendly for all ages and skill levels – just come to play, glow, and enjoy the experience. ഒരു ബുക്കിംഗിൽ നിങ്ങൾക്ക് മൊത്തം 15 മിനിറ്റ് ക്യൂബ് ടൈം (Cube time) ആണ് ലഭിക്കുക. ഇതിൽ 10 മിനിറ്റ് ആ നിയോൺ കേജിനുള്ളിലെ തകർപ്പൻ 3v3 ഫുട്ബോൾ കളിക്കാനുള്ളതാണ്. കളിക്കാനാവശ്യമായ ബിബ്ബും (Bibs) ഷൂസും ഇവിടെ തരും (നിങ്ങളുടെ സൈസ് ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ മാത്രം). എന്നാലും, നിങ്ങൾക്ക് കംഫർട്ടബിൾ ആയി കളിക്കാൻ സ്വന്തം ഫ്ലാറ്റ് ഷൂസോ ഫുട്സാൽ ബൂട്ടോ കൊണ്ടുവരുന്നതാണ് ഏറ്റവും നല്ലത്. ഓടിക്കളിക്കാൻ എളുപ്പമുള്ള എന്ത് വേഷവും ധരിക്കാം. ഇതിനുമുമ്പ് ഫുട്ബോൾ കളിച്ചിട്ടില്ലെങ്കിലും കുഴപ്പമില്ല. Cancellation Policy
FEN2 Cube – Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policies (Updated) 📅 1. Booking Policy Each booking slot = 15 minutes total 10 minutes of gameplay 5 minutes buffer for check-in, bibs, shoe fitting & reset Arrive 5 minutes early. All skills welcome — first-timers, kids, adults, women, everyone. Shoes (limited sizes) and bibs will be provided. Bring your own flat shoes or futsal boots for best experience. No studs allowed. ❗ 2. Safety & Play Guidelines The Cube is a small-sided 3v3 arena, designed for technical, pass-and-move football. Fast sprinting or high-contact play is NOT allowed. Quick passing, dribbling, creative play and friendly intensity are encouraged. Please stretch before entering. Inform staff if you have injuries, BP/heart conditions, or are recovering. ❌ 3. Cancellation Policy (Updated to 24 Hours) Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the booking time. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. No-show = no refund. 🕒 4. Rescheduling Policy (Updated to 24 Hours) You may change your booking time only up to 24 hours before your slot. Within 24 hours, rescheduling is not allowed. 📥 5. Waitlist Policy If a slot is full, join the waitlist through the app. If a slot opens: You get instant notification. You have 10 minutes to confirm. If not confirmed, it goes to the next person. Walk-ins may be prioritised for any cancellation slot not yet claimed.
